Request Account Deletion

At CARMKS, you can request deletion of your customer account and associated personal information.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to carmksmoto@carmks.com from the email address registered with your CARMKS account.
2. Use the subject Account Deletion Request.
3. In your email, state that you want your CARMKS account deleted. Do not include your OTP, password or payment card details.
4. Our support team may request additional verification before processing your request.

What happens to your data?

After verifying your request, CARMKS will process deletion of your customer account and personal data associated with it, subject to information that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or other legitimate obligations. Any retained information will be handled according to our privacy policy and applicable law.
